Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return the product within 30 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

  • All items must be returned including original parts, components, and packaging as received.

  • The product must only have been used normally. Damage due to careless use is not eligible for return.

  • Products that fall under hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  • If the product was delivered defective or damaged, this must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  • Return costs may be charged to the customer.

  • Returns will be reviewed within 7 business days of receipt. If all conditions are met, the return will be approved within this period.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the product has been excessively used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How to return an order
Does your order meet the return conditions? Then you can request a return in two ways:

Option 1: Via email
Send an email to: info@givanna.nl

In your email, state:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the product (if received damaged)

  • First and last name

  • Address details

Option 2: Via the return portal
Log in to your account and easily register your return via the return portal.

After receiving your request, we will check it and send you the correct return address and further instructions.

Do not send your return to the original sender's address.

The return costs are borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

Because orders are processed immediately, cancellation is no longer possible once the order has been shipped.

Is your order already on its way? You can return it after receipt via the return procedure.

Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email.

The withdrawal is final once we have received the returned products.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Refunds
After receipt and approval of your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the order was placed, unless otherwise agreed.
