Returns at Givanna

At Givanna, we believe in quality that lasts.

If your purchase doesn’t fully meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

How It Works

1. Request Your Return

Log in to your account or visit our returns page.
Select your order and follow the steps.

2. Confirmation & Return Label

Once approved, you will receive a return label (PDF) or a printerless QR code via email for easy return through PostNL.

3. Processing & Refund

After your return has been received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Important Information

• Shipping to you is always free.

• Products must be returned unused and in their original condition.

• Sets can only be returned in full.

• Personalized products are non-returnable.
